As for those thighs, we really have nothing to offer you apart from this fabulous tip:
Take one small clove of crushed garlic and mix it with 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar, a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of English mustard powder. Cover the chicken thighs and marinade for two hours....Can also work just as well for breasts.
