Wiggle the
brush up and out toward the outer corner of your eyes. Then define your outer
lashes (upper) with the tip of the brush. Do the same with the lower lashes.
Make sure mascara is the heaviest on the outer corners of your top and lower
lashes for a supreme cat-like lashy slant.
