UK Standard Delivery:

All standard delivery orders are sent out by Royal Mail using the first class recorded delivery method. This costs £3.50 regardless of the size of your order but all orders totalling £100 and over are free of charge.

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and please allow 3-5 working days for the goods to arrive. During busy sale times, please allow a little longer for your order to be processed.

Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

UK Express Delivery:

Express delivery costs £7.50 and is sent by Royal Mail using the special delivery method. Orders will be sent out on the same day if placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday for next working day delivery.

Orders placed on a Thursday after 2pm and before 2pm on a Friday, will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm and on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Europe & Worldwide Delivery:

Deliveries to Europe cost £7.50 regardless of the size of your order and are sent using an international signed for service from Royal Mail. Deliveries to the rest of the world are priced at a flat rate of £10 and are also sent using an international signed for service from Royal Mail.

Please allow 7-10 working days for your orders to arrive but be aware that additional delays can occur if parcels get caught up clearing customs in your country.

Duty & Customs:

Orders delivered outside the European Union may attract import duty and local sales taxes for which customers are responsible for and will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.
