We hope that you are very happy with the products you have purchased from Powder Rooms but as online shoppers ourselves, we understand that sometimes you may want to return items.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us for a refund within 28 days. Please email us at: returns@powderrooms.com to notify us of your intention to return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange providing an alternative is available.

Faulty Items:

If you should receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within seven days.

Faulty items will be replaced free of charge or refunded back to your original form of payment once the item has been sent back to Powder Rooms and checked over. Postage costs in getting the item back to us will also be reimbursed.

Lingerie & Swimwear:

Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed and soiled items will be sent back to the customer.

Terms of Return:

Items must be sent back unused, in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received them. We are unable to authorise a refund for goods returned to us that are not in the same condition they were when sent out

Unless faulty, the cost of goods sent back to us for an exchange/refund are your responsibility. We cannot issue refunds on items lost in transit so we recommend you send items back to us using an insured postal service such as Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery. Items with a value over £39 will not be covered by Recorded Delivery and will need to be sent by an alternative method i.e. Special Delivery

Items sent back to us must be packaged securely to avoid any damage in transit. We are not responsible for any damage incurred.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
